Standard Software Request

SURS employees are provided a desktop computer (physical or virtual) with general productivity software to use for job-related purposes and access to SURS line of business applications.  Workstations will have windows lockup after 20 minutes of inactivity enabled unless there is an approved reason to not have it enabled.

Software

Each computer is loaded with standard organizational software. Any additional software needs should be requested by your manager via SURS Service Desk. Usage questions can also be submitted to the service desk. 

For non-standard software, please open a Non Standard Software Request ticket. Once you have completed the first page, and your manager has signed for approval, upload the Software Request Form into the ticket.
