Building - Change Hours of Access

Change the hours that your key/badge allows you access to SURS Facilities.

Building - Key not working

Report building key not working as it should.

Building - Request a Card Key/Fob

Request a building access key.

File/System Access Permission Changes

Request permission changes to SURS systems. Permission Change requests must be submitted by a manager. Includes: iSeries, Network, Timberline, Northern Trust, Teams

InTune Enrollment

Request for personal device to be enrolled in InTune. This will require manager approval as well as confirmation that you have read the Mobile Device Security Policy.

Password Reset / Unlock Account

Request your password to be reset, unlock your account, enable your CSG user-id

Remote Access (VPN) Request

Complete appropriate VPN Request form and attach it to your help desk submission.
